Compatibility
Fits the Infinix Hot 20 Pro (X668) only. It does not fit the Infinix Hot 20 5G (X666) or the Infinix Hot 20 Play (X6825), which use a different internal layout and connector position. Check your exact model in Settings > About phone before ordering. The model number shown there should read X668.
Before you replace the board
Try a different cable and plug first, and gently clear lint from the socket with a plastic tool. If the phone still will not charge, or only charges at an angle, the port board is the likely fault. You will need a heat gun or hot plate to soften the back cover adhesive, a pry tool, a small Phillips screwdriver and fresh adhesive to reseal the phone. Disconnect the battery before unplugging the board flex.

Frequently asked questions
Will this charging port board fit the Infinix Hot 20 5G (X666)?
No. It is made for the Infinix Hot 20 Pro (X668) only. The Infinix Hot 20 5G (X666) needs its own part, so check your model in Settings > About phone first.
Is the Infinix Hot 20 Pro charging port sold separately from the board?
On the Infinix Hot 20 Pro the socket is soldered to a small sub-board, so the usual repair is to replace the whole board, which is what this part is.
Can I fit it myself?
Professional installation is recommended. Screens and small parts are delicate, so we recommend having this part fitted by a qualified repair technician. Damage caused during fitting is not a product fault.
Will fast charging still work?
The part is built to OEM standard, so the phone should charge as it did before the fault, using the charger and cable you normally use.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from Manchester.
