Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://therepairplus.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. About us

  • VAT: We are not VAT registered. No VAT is charged on our products and our prices do not include VAT.

2. Who can buy from us

We sell to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B). Certain rights described in these Terms — such as the 14-day right to cancel and the protections of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — apply only to consumers. Where a clause applies only to one type of customer, this is stated.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.


3. Products

Our products are mobile phone parts and related accessories. Please note:

  • Mobile phone screens and certain parts are fragile and delicate by nature. They require careful handling and professional installation. Damage caused during fitting, handling or use by the customer is not a manufacturing fault.
  • Product images are for illustration only. Slight variations in appearance may occur.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions and specifications are accurate, but minor errors may occur. If a product you ordered is materially different from its description, please contact us.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure a part is compatible with your device before ordering and before installation.

4. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not mean it has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where:

  • the product is out of stock,
  • there has been a pricing or description error,
  • we suspect fraudulent activity, or
  • we are unable to deliver to your area.

If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.


5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices do not include delivery charges, which are shown at checkout (see our Shipping & Delivery Policy).
  • We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and timescales are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We dispatch using Royal Mail Tracked services. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.


7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Your return, refund and cancellation rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms. For consumers, this includes the statutory 14-day right to cancel and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


8. Warranty

Faulty goods are covered as set out in our Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms. This does not affect the statutory rights of consumers.

We aim to respond to all enquiries within a reasonable time during business hours.


10. Our liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

For consumers: we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.

For business customers: to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the price paid for the products in that order, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. We are not liable for any costs of installation, removal, labour, or damage to your device arising from the use or fitting of our parts.


11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events outside our reasonable control (including postal delays, strikes, supplier failures, severe weather or other force majeure events).


12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order applies to that order.
