Compatibility
Fits the iPhone 14 Pro Max only. It does not fit the iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 15 Pro Max, which each have their own tray shape. Check your model in Settings > General > About before ordering. This is a single SIM tray, the type used in UK versions of the phone.

UK versions of the iPhone 14 Pro Max take a single nano-SIM tray and use eSIM for a second line, so this tray suits most UK phones. If your old tray held a card on each side, your phone is a dual SIM version and needs the SIM + SIM tray instead.
