When a new tray is the fix
If your Pixel 6a shows "No SIM" or loses signal when the side is pressed, a loose or bent tray is often the cause. A new tray is the simplest first step. If a new tray and a known-good SIM still do not work, the SIM reader may need attention.

Frequently asked questions
Does this tray fit the Pixel 6?
No. It is for the Pixel 6a only. The Pixel 6 uses a different tray.
Where is the SIM tray on a Pixel 6a?
On the left side of the phone. Push an eject pin into the small hole to release it.
Is there a microSD slot?
No. The Pixel 6a does not support memory cards, so the tray holds one nano-SIM.
How fast will it be sent?
Order before 4pm, Monday to Friday, and it leaves Manchester the same day.
