These are the physical key caps. If the button presses normally but the phone does not react, the fault is usually the power and volume flex cable inside the phone, not the cap. If the key is broken, sunken or missing, this part is the fix. Fitting normally means opening the phone, so use a heat pad, opening picks and a fresh adhesive seal for the back or screen.

Probably not. If the key still clicks but the phone does not respond, the power and volume flex cable is the more likely fault.
Is it hard to fit?
It is a moderate repair. The phone needs to be opened to reach the buttons from the inside, so take care with the display and cables, and reseal the phone afterwards.
