Compatibility
Made for the iPhone 12 Pro. It does not fit the iPhone 12 Pro Max or iPhone 12 mini, which have different frame sizes. The standard iPhone 12 shares the same body size, but check your old flex against this one before fitting. Find your model in Settings > General > About; tap the part number to see the A-number.
What you need to fit it
This flex runs along the inside edge of the frame, so the screen, battery and logic board must come out to reach it. You will need pentalobe and tri-point screwdrivers, a suction cup, pry tools, tweezers and a new screen seal. It is a job best suited to an experienced DIY repairer or a repair shop.

Frequently asked questions
Does this fix the mute switch too?
Yes. The ring/silent switch is on this same flex, so replacing it restores the mute switch as well as the power and volume buttons.
Will it fit my iPhone 12 Pro Max?
No. The iPhone 12 Pro Max is larger and needs its own flex cable.
Will iOS show a parts message after fitting?
Button flex cables are not paired to the phone, so you should not see a parts message after fitting this flex.
