Compatibility
Fits the Redmi Note 9 Pro. It does not fit the standard Redmi Note 9 or the Redmi Note 9T, which use different screens. Check your model in Settings > About phone before ordering, and compare your old screen with the listing photos if you are unsure.
Before you start the repair
Remove the back cover with gentle heat, disconnect the battery first and keep track of each screw. Plug in the new screen and test the picture and touch before you glue it down with fresh adhesive.

No. The Redmi Note 9 uses a different screen. This assembly is for the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, so changing the screen does not affect it.
