Compatibility
Fits the iPhone 12 mini only. It does not fit the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 or iPhone 12 Pro, which use differently shaped speaker modules. Check your model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
Is it the loudspeaker or something else?
Before you open the phone, check the software side: turn the ring/silent switch off silent, raise the volume with the side buttons, and make sure no Bluetooth device is connected. Then play a video with the case removed. If the earpiece and headphones still work but the bottom speaker is silent or distorted, the loudspeaker is the likely fault.
Also clean the speaker grille at the bottom of the phone with a soft brush, as trapped dust and lint can muffle sound. If the problem remains, this replacement module is the fix. You will need a screen suction cup, pentalobe and Y-type screwdrivers, and a pry tool to reach the speaker.

Will this loudspeaker fit my iPhone 13 mini?
No. It is made for the iPhone 12 mini only. The iPhone 13 mini uses a different speaker module.
Why is my iPhone 12 mini speaker quiet?
Blocked grilles, water exposure or a worn speaker membrane are common causes. If cleaning does not help, fit a new loudspeaker.
Does it fix sound on calls?
It restores speakerphone audio. Normal handset calls use the earpiece speaker at the top, which is a separate part.
