Compatibility
Fits the Motorola Moto G75 5G only. It does not fit the Moto G55, Moto G85 or other G-series phones, which have different slot shapes. Check your model name in Settings > About phone before ordering.

The Moto G75 5G uses one combined tray. The smaller pocket takes a nano-SIM and the larger one takes a microSD card for extra storage. If you use eSIM for a second line, you can run a physical SIM and a memory card at the same time. Always power the phone down before removing a memory card to protect your files.

Check the card is seated flat and the right way round, push the tray fully home and restart the phone. If the fault stays, test the SIM in another handset, as the card or the reader inside the phone may be at fault.
