Is the port or the board at fault?
This is the full charging port module with flex cable and port assembly, which is simpler to fit than resoldering a port. Before ordering, try a different cable and charger and gently clear any lint from the port. If charging is still unreliable, the board is the likely cause. You will need suitable opening tools to remove the back cover, plastic pry tools and a small screwdriver. Always disconnect the battery before unplugging the board.
