A TFT LCD replacement is a cost-effective way to restore a clear picture and full touch, but it is usually slightly thicker and less deep in blacks than AMOLED. In-display fingerprint sensors are designed to read through AMOLED panels and generally do not work through a TFT LCD, so plan to use face unlock or a PIN after fitting.
