How to fit a Sony Xperia Z5 back glass
Warm the old rear panel gently with a heat gun or hot plate to soften the adhesive, then lift it with a thin plastic pick and suction cup. Work slowly around the edges so you do not tear the internal flex cables. Clean every trace of old adhesive from the frame before fitting the new panel.
Unless your listing says otherwise, you will need fresh adhesive to bond the new glass. Press the panel firmly into place and leave it clamped or weighted for a short while so it seats flat.
