Will this fit my Galaxy Tab A7 10.4 (2020)?
Yes, if your model number is SM-T500 or SM-T505. It is not suitable for the Tab A7 Lite (SM-T220/T225).
Do I need to solder anything?
No. The board plugs in, so no soldering is needed. You will need plastic picks, a small screwdriver and adhesive to reseal the tablet.
How do I know the charging port is the problem?
Try a different cable and charger and clean the port gently with a wooden toothpick. If the tablet still will not charge, charges only at an angle or is not seen by a computer, the port board is the likely fault.
