Compatibility
Fits the Samsung Galaxy Tab A 9.7: SM-T550 (Wi-Fi) and SM-T555 (4G). It does not fit the Tab A 9.7 with S Pen (SM-P550, SM-P555) or the Galaxy Tab A 10.1. Check the model number in Settings > About tablet or on the back of the tablet.
How to fit a Tab A 9.7 digitiser
Heat the edges of the old glass evenly and ease it off with plastic picks, keeping them shallow to protect the LCD. Remove every bit of old adhesive from the frame.
Apply new adhesive strips, connect the new digitiser, and test touch before you press it down. Keep dust off the LCD, as it will be trapped once the glass is on.
