Tips for replacing the Tab A 10.1 touch glass
Remove the old glass with gentle, even heat and thin plastic picks. Work away from the flex cable end first, and never push metal tools under the glass where they could crack the LCD.
Clean the frame fully, apply new adhesive strips and test touch across the whole screen before pressing the glass down. Leave the tablet under light, even pressure for an hour so the adhesive sets.
