To swap the Galaxy S25 battery you will need a heat mat or heat gun on a low setting, a suction handle, plastic opening picks, a spudger and new rear cover adhesive. A few drops of isopropyl alcohol help release the battery adhesive.
Work slowly, keep the battery flat and never pierce or fold a lithium-ion cell.
