No. The S22+ and S23+ look alike but use different frames. This part is for the S23+ only.

Yes. Register your fingerprints again after fitting and the in-display reader works as normal.
What colour is the frame?
The listing does not name a frame colour. Once the back glass is on, the frame shows only around the edges.
