Compatibility
Fits the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G (G998B) only. It does not fit the Galaxy S21 5G or S21 Plus 5G, which use a different front camera module. To confirm your model, open Settings > About phone and read the model name and model number before ordering.
Fitting tips
The S21 Ultra opens from the back. Heat the back glass evenly, lift it with a suction cup and picks, remove the wireless charging coil and shield, then disconnect the battery before swapping the camera. Fit new back cover adhesive when you close the phone.

No. The S21 Plus uses a different front camera. This module is for the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G only.
My selfie camera is just blurry. Is it the module?
Check the screen above the camera for scratches or a dirty protector first. If the glass is clean and selfies are still soft, the module is likely at fault.
Do I need to take the screen off?
No. The front camera is reached from the back of the phone once the back cover and shield are removed.
