The Repair Plus Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus rear battery cover (Cosmic Black) is a rear housing glass that replaces a smashed or scuffed Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus back. Supplied with camera lens glass and adhesive, it is brand new, OEM standard fit and shipped the same day from Manchester when you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Key features
- Cosmic Black finish: colour-matched to the Cosmic Black Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus so the repaired phone looks as it did out of the box.
- Adhesive included: pre-applied adhesive lets you bond the new cover straight to the frame without buying separate tape.
- Camera lens included: the camera lens glass is already in place, so a cracked camera cover is replaced at the same time.
- Made for the S20 Plus only: cut to OEM standard dimensions with the correct camera opening for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus.
- Tested before dispatch: each cover is checked for fit and finish before it leaves our Manchester stock room.

How to fit a Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus back cover
- Warm the old cover with a heat gun or hot plate to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the edge with a suction cup and slide a plastic pick or opening card around the frame.
- Remove every trace of old glue and glass from the frame, then clean it with isopropyl alcohol.
- Peel the protective film from the new adhesive, line up the camera opening and press the cover into place.
- Clamp or hold light pressure for a few minutes and leave the phone to settle before heavy use.
Take care near the wireless charging coil and flex cables under the glass.
