Compatibility
This tray fits the Samsung Galaxy S20, model number SM-G980F. It does not fit the Galaxy S20 Plus, S20 Ultra or S20 FE, as each of those phones uses a different tray shape and slot position. To confirm your model, go to Settings > About phone and check the model number, which should start with SM-G980.
If Settings > Connections > SIM manager shows only one SIM slot, your phone is a single SIM model and needs this tray.
How to fit a replacement SIM tray
- Power off the phone.
- Push the SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray slot to release any broken tray.
- Place your nano-SIM into the new tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in straight until it sits flush, then power on and check your network signal.
Still seeing "No SIM" with the new tray fitted? The internal SIM card reader may be at fault instead.
