Compatibility
This tray fits the Samsung Galaxy S10e, model number SM-G970F. It does not fit the Galaxy S10, S10 Plus or S10 Lite, as each of those phones uses a different tray shape and slot position. To confirm your model, go to Settings > About phone and check the model number, which should start with SM-G970.
If Settings > Connections > SIM manager shows two SIM slots, your phone is a dual SIM model and needs this tray.
How to fit a replacement SIM tray
- Power off the phone.
- Push the SIM ejector pin into the small hole beside the tray slot to release any broken tray.
- Place your cards into the new tray with the gold contacts facing down.
- Slide the tray in straight until it sits flush, then power on and check your network signal.
Still seeing "No SIM" with the new tray fitted? The internal SIM card reader may be at fault instead.

Will this dual SIM card tray fit my Galaxy S10e?
Yes, if your model number is SM-G970F. Check it in Settings > About phone. It will not fit the Galaxy S10, S10 Plus or S10 Lite.
Does this tray include the waterproof seal?
The tray is supplied as shown. If your old tray has a rubber seal on the edge and the new one does not, the tray still works, but water resistance cannot be relied on after any repair.
Will this tray work in a single SIM phone?
A dual SIM tray is made for the dual SIM version of the phone. On a single SIM model the second slot will not be read, so choose the single SIM tray for those phones.
