How to replace the Galaxy S10 5G back cover
- Power the phone off and gather a heat gun or heat mat, a suction cup, plastic opening picks and isopropyl alcohol.
- Warm the edges of the old back cover to soften the adhesive, then lift it with a suction cup and slide picks around the edge.
- Clean all old adhesive and glass fragments from the frame with isopropyl alcohol.
- Peel the backing from the new adhesive, line up the camera cut-out and press the cover firmly into place.
- Clamp or hold it under light pressure for a few minutes so the adhesive bonds evenly.
