This tray fits the Samsung Galaxy J6 (2018), model J600. It does not fit the Galaxy J6 Plus J610 or the Galaxy J4, which have their own trays. To check your model, open Settings > About phone and look for the model number, which should start with SM-J600.
Dual SIM or single SIM tray: which do you need?
A dual SIM tray only gives you two working SIM slots if your J6 is a dual SIM version of the phone. Fitting it in a single SIM handset will hold your SIM, but the second slot will not add a second line. If your old tray had two slots, choose this dual tray; if it had one, choose the single SIM version.
