Samsung back covers are glued in place, so plan for a plastic pry tool, a heat source such as a hair dryer or heat mat, isopropyl alcohol for the old battery adhesive and a new back cover adhesive to reseal the phone. A suction cup helps lift the cover. If the old cover cracks during removal, order a replacement cover at the same time.
