This tray fits the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018), model number SM-A750. It does not fit the Galaxy A7 (2017) A720, the Galaxy A7 (2016) A710 or the Galaxy A9 (2018) A920, which use different trays. To check your model, open Settings > About phone and look at the model number.
What you need for this repair
Only a SIM ejector pin, or a straightened paper clip. If a piece of the old tray has snapped off inside the slot, use fine tweezers and a torch to remove it before fitting the new one. Do not force the tray, as that can bend the SIM reader pins inside the phone.

No. It is made for the Samsung Galaxy A7 (2018) (SM-A750) only. The Galaxy A7 (2017) A720, the Galaxy A7 (2016) A710 or the Galaxy A9 (2018) A920 each use a different tray, so it will not seat properly.
Can I use a micro SD card in this tray?
Yes. This tray includes a position for a micro SD memory card alongside your SIM, so you can add storage to the phone.
Do I need a dual SIM version of the phone?
Some Samsung models were sold in single SIM and dual SIM (DS) versions. The slot in the phone is the same shape, but a second SIM only works if your handset is a dual SIM model; dual SIM models usually show DS after the model number in Settings > About phone.
How do I fit a new SIM tray on the Galaxy A7 2018?
