Tips for a clean Galaxy A42 battery swap
Soften the back cover adhesive with low, even heat and lift the panel with a pick rather than a metal tool. Disconnect the battery flex before prying, then use isopropyl alcohol under the cell to free it. Fit new adhesive before closing the phone up.
