Fits the Samsung Galaxy A21s (SM-A217) only. It does not fit the Galaxy A21 (SM-A215) or Galaxy A20s (SM-A207). To confirm your model, open Settings > About phone and check the model number starts with SM-A217.

Rule out software first by testing the buttons in Safe mode. If the fault stays, replace the flex, taking care not to tear the new cable when you route it along the Galaxy A21s frame.
