Compatibility: Samsung Galaxy A20e dual SIM and microSD card tray
This tray fits the Samsung Galaxy A20e (model SM-A202) only. It does not fit the Galaxy A20 or Galaxy A20s, which use a different tray. To confirm your model, open Settings > About phone and check the model number. Choose the colour that matches your phone for the neatest finish.
How to fit the tray
- Switch the phone off and remove any old tray with a SIM pin.
- Place your Nano-SIM and microSD cards in the tray with the gold contacts facing down, lined up with the cut-out corner.
- Slide the tray back into the slot the same way round until it sits flush with the frame.
- Switch on and check that the phone shows signal and reads the microSD card.
If the phone still shows no SIM with a new tray fitted, the SIM reader inside may be damaged.

Can I use a microSD card with this tray?
Yes. This tray has a position for a microSD memory card as well as your SIM, just like the tray supplied with the Galaxy A20e.
Can a bent tray damage my phone?
It can. Forcing a bent tray into the slot can push the reader pins out of line. Replacing the tray early avoids this.
