The Repair Plus fingerprint sensor flex cable for Samsung Galaxy A13 5G SM-A136B (Green) is a brand new, OEM standard fingerprint reader with its flex cable attached. It fixes a sensor that no longer reads, fails to register or is physically damaged, and is shipped the same day from Manchester when you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Key features
- Restores fingerprint unlock: replaces a sensor that is cracked, unresponsive or no longer recognised by the phone.
- Sensor and flex in one: the reader comes with its connecting flex cable, so there is nothing to join or solder. The visible sensor is finished in green, so you can match the colour of your phone housing.
- Exact fit for the Galaxy A13 5G: made to OEM standard dimensions and connector layout for the SM-A136B.
- Tested before dispatch: every unit is checked before it leaves our Manchester warehouse.
- For DIY and trade: a low-cost repair part for home fixes and repair shop stock alike.

Compatibility
Fits the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G (SM-A136B) only. It does not fit the 4G Galaxy A13 (SM-A135), which uses a different part despite sharing the A13 name. Check your model number in Settings > About phone before ordering. The model number is shown under Model number.
After fitting: set up your fingerprints again
Fingerprints you saved on the old sensor will not carry over to a new reader. Once the part is fitted and the phone is reassembled, open Settings > Security and privacy > Biometrics > Fingerprints (the menu name can vary slightly by software version), delete the old prints and register them again. Handle the flex cable gently and avoid folding it sharply, as a creased flex is the most common cause of a failed fingerprint repair.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fingerprint sensor fit my Galaxy A13 5G?
It fits the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G with model number SM-A136B. It does not fit the 4G Galaxy A13 (SM-A135), which uses a different part despite sharing the A13 name.
Do I need to set up my fingerprints again?
Yes. A new sensor does not hold the fingerprint data from your old one, so you will need to delete the old prints and register them again in Settings.
Why does the colour matter?
Part of the sensor is visible from the outside of the phone. This one is green, so choose it if your Galaxy A13 5G is green to keep the finish matching.
Is soldering needed?
No. The sensor and flex connect with a press-fit connector, so no soldering is needed. You will need basic opening tools and care with the flex cable.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from Manchester.
