Compatibility
Fits the Motorola Moto G8. It does not fit the Moto G8 Power, Moto G8 Plus or Moto G8 Play. These phones share a name but use different trays. To check your model, go to Settings > About phone and look at the model name before ordering.
Fitting and troubleshooting
Fitting takes under a minute. Power the phone off, use a SIM eject pin to remove what is left of the old tray, load your card and push the new tray in until it is flush. If a broken piece of the old tray is stuck in the slot, remove it carefully with fine tweezers before fitting the new one. If the phone still shows no SIM after fitting, the SIM reader inside the Moto G8 may be damaged and will need a separate repair.

No. This tray is made for the Motorola Moto G8 only. The Moto G8 Power has a different frame and needs its own tray.

It is made to match the capri blue version of the Moto G8. If your phone is a different colour, choose the tray in that colour so the edge of the tray matches the frame.
Do I need to open the phone to fit it?
