Compatibility

Before you replace the flex
If a button feels loose or does nothing, the fault is often a worn contact or torn flex rather than the phone board. Try a forced restart first, then check for liquid marks near the side keys. If the keys still fail, replacing this flex is the usual fix. You will need a heat tool or heat pad, a pry tool, a spudger and replacement back or screen adhesive, depending on how your model opens.
