Compatibility
Fits the Motorola Moto G10 only. It does not fit the Moto G20 or Moto G30, which use different internal layouts. The G10, G20 and G30 look similar from the back but need their own sensors. Check your exact model in Settings > About phone before ordering, and compare the new part with the old one before fitting.
Choosing the right colour and setting it up
This listing is the Pastel Sky version. We also stock the Motorola Moto G10 fingerprint reader in Aurora Grey, so pick the one that matches your phone. The sensor works the same whatever the colour. After fitting, delete your saved fingerprints and register them again in the phone's security settings, because stored prints do not carry over to a new sensor. Keep the connector clean and dry, and disconnect the battery before you fit it.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit the Moto G20?
No. This fingerprint reader is made for the Motorola Moto G10 only. The Moto G20 needs its own sensor.
Does the Motorola Moto G10 fingerprint reader colour matter?
Only for looks. The Pastel Sky and Aurora Grey versions work the same way; choose the colour that matches your phone.
Do I need to re-register my fingerprints?
Yes. Delete the old prints and add them again after fitting so the phone recognises your finger on the new sensor.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from Manchester.
