Compatibility
This OEM charging port board fits the Motorola Moto G04. It is not listed for the Moto G04s, Moto G24 or Moto G34, which are different handsets with their own boards. To check your model, open Settings > About phone on your Motorola and read the model name, or look for the model number on the phone's box.
How to fit the OEM charging port board
- Power off the Moto G04 and remove the SIM tray.
- Lift the back cover carefully, using opening picks, a Phillips screwdriver and a heat source for the back panel adhesive.
- Remove the lower cover screws and disconnect the battery connector first.
- Unplug the old part, move across any antenna cables, the microphone and speaker parts, then fit the new one.
- Reconnect the battery, test charging and data, then close the phone.
