Compatibility
This tray fits the iPhone 16e only. It does not fit the iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro or iPhone 16 Pro Max, as SIM trays are cut to each frame and a tray from a different model will sit proud or not lock in. Check your exact model in Settings > General > About before ordering. The tray only helps if your handset has a physical SIM slot on the side of the frame; some regional versions are eSIM only.
Single or dual SIM tray: what is the difference?
A single tray holds one nano-SIM card. This SIM + SIM tray holds two nano-SIM cards back to back. Whether the phone reads both cards depends on the handset: many iPhone 16e phones sold in the UK read one physical SIM and use eSIM for a second line. If you only use one card, the dual tray still works as a direct replacement for a lost tray.
