Compatibility
Fits the iPhone 13 only. It does not fit the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 13 Pro or iPhone 13 Pro Max, which use different flash flexes. Check your model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
Check before you buy
If the torch icon is greyed out or the camera app says the flash is disabled, first let the phone cool down and restart it, as heat can disable the flash. If it still will not work, or the flash area has taken a knock, a damaged flash flex is a common cause.

No. The iPhone 13 Pro has a different rear camera layout and needs its own flash flex.

It can be heat, a software fault or a damaged flash flex. If restarting and cooling the phone does not help, this flex is a likely fix.
Do I need special tools?
You need a precision screwdriver set, a spudger and tools to open the screen safely.
