The Repair Plus iPad Air 3 LCD screen in Black is a replacement display with the touch digitiser and black front glass bonded as one unit. It fixes cracked glass, lines, black screens and dead touch. Brand new, OEM standard, and shipped the same day from Manchester when you order before 4pm, Monday to Friday.
Key features
- Complete screen assembly: LCD, digitiser and glass are laminated together, as on the factory screen, so there is no separate glass to bond.
- Black front: matches the Space Grey iPad Air 3.
- Air 3 specific: made to the Air 3 outline and connector layout, not the Pro 10.5.
- Tested before dispatch: every screen is checked for picture, touch and backlight before it ships.

Compatibility
Fits the iPad Air 3rd generation (2019, 10.5-inch) (A2123, A2152, A2153, A2154). It does not fit the iPad Pro 10.5, iPad Air 4 or iPad 10.2, which use different screens. Check your iPad in Settings > General > About (tap Model Number to see the A-number), or read the A-number printed on the back of the case.
How to fit a laminated iPad screen
The screen is held in with adhesive. Warm the edges, lift it slowly with a suction cup and picks, and disconnect the battery before unplugging any display cables. Clean away the old glue, test the new screen before sealing, then fit fresh adhesive strips so the display sits flat. Swap across any parts attached to the old screen, such as brackets or the home button where fitted.

Frequently asked questions
Is the iPad Air 3 screen the same as the iPad Pro 10.5?
No. Both are 10.5 inches, but the screens are not interchangeable. Check your A-number before ordering.
Does it include the home button?
No. Move your existing home button across to keep Touch ID.
Will True Tone work after fitting?
True Tone relies on data stored on the factory display. On a replacement screen it may not switch on unless that data is transferred with a screen programmer. Brightness, colour and touch work normally either way.
How quickly will it be sent?
Order before 4pm, Monday to Friday, and it leaves our Manchester warehouse the same day.
