Compatibility
Fits the Infinix Hot 10S (X689) only. It does not fit the Infinix Hot 10 (X682B / X682C) or the Infinix Hot 10 Play, which use a different internal layout and connector position. Check your exact model in Settings > About phone before ordering. The model number shown there should read X689.
How to fit it
- Power the phone off and warm the rear panel to soften the adhesive.
- Lift the cover, remove the lower shield screws and disconnect the battery.
- Unclip the main flex and any antenna leads from the old board, then lift it out.
- Fit the new board, reconnect everything and test charging before resealing. Because the IC is already on the board, a technician does not need to micro-solder a new chip onto the old one.

No. It is made for the Infinix Hot 10S (X689) only. The Infinix Hot 10 (X682B / X682C) needs its own part, so check your model in Settings > About phone first.
What is the IC for?
The IC is the charging controller chip on the board. When it fails the phone may not charge at all, show the wrong battery level or not connect to a computer. Replacing the whole board with the chip fitted solves this without chip-level soldering.
Can I fit it myself?
Professional installation is recommended. Screens and small parts are delicate, so we recommend having this part fitted by a qualified repair technician. Damage caused during fitting is not a product fault.
Will fast charging still work?
The part is built to OEM standard, so the phone should charge as it did before the fault, using the charger and cable you normally use.
