Compatibility
Fits the Huawei P40 only. It does not fit the Huawei P40 Pro, Huawei P40 Pro+ or Huawei P40 Lite. The P40 Pro, P40 Pro+ and P40 Lite have different bodies and tray shapes. Check your model in Settings > About phone before ordering, or compare the shape of your old tray with the product photo.
How to fit a replacement SIM tray
Turn the Huawei P40 off, then eject the old tray with a pin. Lay your card in the matching cut-out, gold side down, and slide the tray back in gently. When the phone restarts it should show your network within a few seconds.

Will this SIM card tray fit my Huawei P40?
Yes, it is made for the Huawei P40. It will not fit the Huawei P40 Pro, so check your model in Settings > About phone first.

My phone says No SIM. Will a new tray fix it?
If the fault is caused by a bent, loose or broken tray, a new tray usually fixes it. If the SIM card or the reader inside the phone is damaged, you will need to replace those instead.
Does the colour matter for fit?
No. The Gold tray has the same shape as the other colours for the Huawei P40. Choose the colour that matches your phone.
