Remove the back glass with gentle heat and a thin pry tool, then take off the lower speaker or shield plate to reach the flex. Disconnect the battery first. Take a photo before unplugging anything so the new flex and antenna leads go back in the right place, and test charging before you reseal the back with fresh adhesive.
