Compatibility
Fits the Huawei P40 Lite 5G only. It does not fit the Huawei P40 Lite or Huawei P40 Lite E, which use different internal layouts. This is the 5G version; the 4G P40 Lite and P40 Lite E use different parts. Check your exact model in Settings > About phone before ordering, and compare the new part with the old one before fitting.
After fitting: set up fingerprint unlock again
Fingerprint data is stored on the phone, not on the sensor, and a new sensor needs your prints registering again. Go to Settings > Biometrics & password > Fingerprint ID, delete the old prints and add them fresh. Professional fitting is recommended if you have not opened a phone before.
