Compatibility
This dual SIM card tray fits the Honor 20 Pro only. It does not fit the standard Honor 20 or the Honor 20 Lite, which use a different tray shape or slot position. To confirm your model, open Settings > About phone and look at the Model entry before you order.
How to install this tray
- Power off the phone.
- Push a SIM eject pin or a straightened paper clip into the small hole next to the slot until the old tray, or what is left of it, comes out.
- Place each SIM card in its position with the gold contacts facing down and the cut corners lined up with the notches.
- Slide the new tray back in the same way round until it sits flush, then switch the phone on and check for signal.
