Compatibility
This earpiece speaker fits the Honor 10 only. It does not fit the Honor 10 Lite or Honor 20, which use different internal layouts. To confirm your model, open Settings > About phone and check the model name before ordering. Honor model codes are also printed in the same menu if you want to double-check.
Earpiece or loudspeaker: which part do you need?
If you cannot hear callers unless you switch to speakerphone, the earpiece is the likely fault and this is the right part. If ringtones, music and speakerphone are silent or distorted, you need the loudspeaker at the bottom of the Honor 10 instead. Before buying, clean the earpiece mesh gently with a soft brush, as dust and debris can block sound.

No. It is made for the Honor 10 only. The Honor 10 Lite needs its own part.
Why can I not hear callers on my Honor 10?
A blocked mesh, a software glitch or a failed earpiece are the usual causes. If cleaning and a restart do not help, replacing the earpiece speaker normally fixes it.
Do I need special tools?
You need opening picks, a precision screwdriver set and, for glued panels, gentle heat and new adhesive.
