Compatibility: which Pixel does this battery fit?
Fits the Google Pixel 7 Pro only. It does not fit the Pixel 7 or Pixel 6 Pro. The Pixel 7 is smaller and uses its own battery, and the Pixel 6 Pro battery is a separate part. To check your model, open Settings > About phone and look at the model name.
How to replace the battery
- Power off and, ideally, run the old battery below 25 percent first.
- Open the Google Pixel 7 Pro following a model-specific guide, then disconnect the battery connector first.
- Soften the old adhesive with gentle heat or a few drops of isopropyl alcohol and lift the battery slowly. Never bend or puncture it.
- Clean the old adhesive, fit fresh battery adhesive, seat the new battery and reconnect it.
- Reseal the phone and charge it to 100 percent.
