Frequently asked questions
Will this SIM tray fit the Google Pixel 4?
No. This just black tray is made for the Google Pixel 4 XL only. The Pixel 4 needs its own tray, so check your model before ordering.
Do I need any tools to fit it?
Professional installation is recommended. Screens and small parts are delicate, so we recommend having this part fitted by a qualified repair technician. Damage caused during fitting is not a product fault.
My phone keeps losing the SIM. Will a new tray help?
A bent, cracked or loose tray can stop the SIM touching the reader contacts properly. A new tray fixes this when the tray is the cause. If the problem continues with a new tray and a working SIM, the SIM reader itself may need repair.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from Manchester, UK.
