Compatibility

Replace the battery if the phone switches off with charge still showing, the percentage drops quickly under light use, the back panel is lifting or bulging, or the phone runs hot while charging. A swollen battery should be replaced straight away, as it can press on the screen and back glass. Budget for new back glass adhesive, as the S24 rear panel must be removed to reach the cell.

How do I get to the battery on a Galaxy S24?
Heat and lift the rear glass, remove the wireless charging coil cover, disconnect the battery, then release the adhesive under the cell. Reseal the back with new adhesive.
