How to fit iPhone XS back glass
On the iPhone XS the rear glass is bonded directly to the metal frame, so the old glass is normally removed with a laser separation machine or with heat, a plastic pry tool and patience. Clean all old adhesive and glass fragments from the frame, then bond the new panel with a suitable adhesive and clamp it until it cures. If you do not have the equipment, a local repair shop can fit this panel for you.
