Compatibility
Fits the iPhone X. It does not fit the iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max or iPhone XR, which use different parts. Check your model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
Before you replace the charging flex
Try a different cable and charger first, and clean the port gently with a wooden or plastic pick, as pocket lint often stops the plug seating. If the socket is still loose or the phone will not charge, the flex needs replacing. The job means removing the screen, battery, loudspeaker and several brackets, so you will need pentalobe and tri-point screwdrivers, a suction cup, spudgers and a new screen adhesive seal.

Frequently asked questions
Will this fit an iPhone XS?
No. The iPhone XS looks similar but uses a different charging flex. This part fits the iPhone X only.
Will a new charging flex fix my iPhone X not charging?
If the fault is a worn, loose or damaged Lightning socket, yes. If the phone still will not charge with a new flex, the battery or the charging chip on the logic board may be at fault.
Will iOS show a message after I fit this part?
Professional installation is recommended. Screens and small parts are delicate, so we recommend having this part fitted by a qualified repair technician. Damage caused during fitting is not a product fault.
Will this fix people not hearing me on calls?
If the bottom microphone is faulty, yes, because it sits on this flex. Check the mesh is clear of dirt first.
How fast will it arrive?
Orders placed before 4pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day from Manchester.
