Compatibility
Fits the iPhone 7. It does not fit the iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6S or iPhone 8. The 7 Plus has a larger frame, and trays for the 6S and 8 are made for different frames and colour ranges. Check your model in Settings > General > About before ordering.
How to fit a replacement SIM tray
- Power the phone off.
- Insert an ejector tool into the hole beside the tray and press gently until the tray pops out.
- Lay your nano-SIM in the new tray, gold contacts facing down, matching the cut corner.
- Slide the tray back in the right way up until it sits flush with the frame.
- Power on and check the network signal.

Will a new tray fix a No SIM message?
It will if the fault is caused by a bent, cracked or missing tray letting the card move. If the SIM reader on the board is damaged, or the SIM card itself is faulty, a new tray will not cure it.
