Compatibility
Fits the iPhone 7 Plus only. It does not fit the iPhone 8 Plus, which looks similar but uses a different camera, or the single-camera iPhone 7. Check your model in Settings > General > About.
Is it the camera or the lens glass?
If the camera opens but photos look foggy, check the glass lens on the back first, as a cracked cover is a cheaper fix. If the camera app shows black, the image shakes, or Portrait mode says it is unavailable, the camera module has usually failed and this part is the fix.

No. The iPhone 8 Plus uses a different dual camera. Choose the 8 Plus part instead.
Will Portrait mode work again?
Yes, if the fault was a failed camera module. Portrait mode needs both rear lenses working.

It is a moderate repair. The screen and battery connector must be removed, then the camera lifts out after its bracket screws.
