The loudspeaker is the bottom speaker used for ringtones, alarms, music, video and speakerphone. The earpiece is the small top speaker you hold to your ear on normal calls. If only speakerphone and media are affected, you need this loudspeaker. If normal calls are quiet, you need an earpiece speaker instead.
